Electrical Test Technician

Trialon Corporation is currently seeking a Full Time, 1st shift Electrical Test Technican for our Kokomo, Indiana facility (46901).

Electrical Test Technician Responsibilities:

Setup and conduct product electrical tests per technical specifications.
Operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Monitor test progress to meet scheduled milestones.
Accurately record test results/documentation and write final reports.
Acquire knowledge and proficiency in the use of general and specialized laboratory techniques, equipment, and instrumentation.
Prepare test samples.
Perform tests using OEM and International Specifications.
Perform standard engineering test measurements.
Record test data and product performance.
Prepare test reports.


Electrical Test Technician Required Qualifications/Skills:

A minimum of a two-year associate degree in electrical/electronic discipline and/or equivalent experience-bachelor's preferred, however not required.
Must have an aptitude for electrical or electronic technology. (Electrical with programming skills)
Experience with transient testing a plus (Head Lamps, Pulse Test, Automotive Modules).
2-3+ years of automotive testing
Basic understanding and ability to read technical specifications.
Effectively works with others.Use of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.


Good oral and written communication skills.
Analytical ability to aid in problem resolution and troubleshooting.
Understands the capabilities and application of basic laboratory instrumentation.
Must be able to work 1st shift 7am-3:30pm-Monday-Friday.



The position is full time, 1st shift with a starting hourly rate range based on experience and education from $25/hr.-$35/hr. with paid overtime. We also offer an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vison, 401K, STD, Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.
