• PTO!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Estimator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC fabrication, plasma cutting, steel fabrication, and be proficient in reading blueprints and using estimating software. As a Manufacturing Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately quoting jobs and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing customer drawings and specifications to create accurate job quotes
  • Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure that all project requirements are met
  • Identifying and sourcing materials required for each project, including steel and other raw materials
  • Creating detailed and accurate job estimates using estimating software and other tools
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicating with customers throughout the project to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of all job quotes and project details
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiencyQualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC fabrication, plasma cutting, and steel fabrication
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and using estimating software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results
