electric future. Job Description: The Calibration and Module
ILT(Infant Life Test) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and
managing the calibration department's operations, including
scheduling, equipment calibration, and maintenance, as well as
providing technical support and training to calibration
technicians. The manager ensures that all equipment is calibrated
and maintained according to established procedures and standards,
and that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Additionally, the Calibration and Module ILT Supervisor is
responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, the
Calibration and Module ILT Supervisor is responsible for managing
the task of performing quality assessments on initial products and
analyzing any potential issues through comparative analysis with
existing products when producing modules for new products or when
producing modules with changed materials or components. Additional
responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct training for Calibration and
Module ILT InspectorsTo ensure all Calibration and Module ILT
Inspectors complete all assigned tasks in timely and efficient
mannerConduct Root Cause Analysis of all environmental and process
issues, as well as material issues that may affect the calibration
of equipment and measuring instruments and module ILT testing.
Implement follow-up corrective measures to resolve identified
safety issues.Review and update product specifications, inspection
standards, manuals, and lesson learned activitiesConduct module ILT
testing for mass production 4M product changes and any & all urgent
testing requirementsDevelop, implement, and monitor efficacy of
corrective and preventive actionsPrepare updates and reports of
safety customer outcome and communicate to cross functional team
including production, development and purchasingMaintain quality
inspection & testing equipment to ensure reliability of testingWork
closely with internal and external stakeholders to clarify business
and technical requirements for safety testing Areas of Leadership

paceMinimum Job Requirements:High School Diploma or GED
EquivalentBachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university or
equivalent. (Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical,
Materials, Metallurgical, or Mechatronics may also be considered
with extensive quality experience)Minimum of 5 years of industrial
automation and controls experience with strong foundation in
supplier quality managementExcellent organizational, written, and
oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability
to interface with various level of employees within all areas of
the organization including hourly employees to Senior
LeadershipAbility to build effective cross functional relationships
internally and externallyDemonstrated technical problem-solving

experience)Bilingual English / KoreanMaster's degree in Chemical,
Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringExperience in continuous
improvement systems and lean manufacturingShainin Red X / Six Sigma
CertificationExperience with the AIAG Advanced Quality Planning and
Control Plans, FMEA, Production Part Approval Process, MSA, and SPC
(Statistical Process Control)Experience with quality certification
and system such as ISO9001/IATF16949 is requiredFamiliar with World
Class Manufacturing pillar methodology and implementationExtensive
knowledge in Data Analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access or other
database applicationsGood working knowledge of Google Suite
