Truck Driver Benefits: Starting pay based on verified OTR experience: 55 - 59 CPM with max pay of 65 CPM 0-11 mos. - 55 CPM (-- CPM per quarter first year) 1 yr. - 57 CPM 2 yrs. - 58 CPM 3+ yrs. - 59 CPM MAX PAY - 65 CPM -- CPM increase EVERY quarter Home most weekends $250 minimum load pay Average 9,500 miles per month All tractors are less than 3 years old $1,100 orientation pay for all EXPERIENCED drivers Health, dental, vision, teledoc, short-term, and life insurance We will cross train!
