– Indianapolis, IN Position: Industrial Painter & Painter’s
Assistant Location: Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Monday – Friday,
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime available) Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per
hour (based on experience) About the Role Integrity Trade Services
is hiring Industrial Painters and Painter’s Assistants for our
client in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to

potential, and long-term career growth. Job Expectations The
Industrial Painter will be responsible for: Sanding and prepping
parts and equipment for painting. Removing old paint via
sandblasting or sanding discs. Preparing and priming metal parts.
Painting metal components using spray guns and other equipment.
Maintaining paint department inventory. Working with the Operations
Supervisor to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Reading
and understanding work orders and prioritizing based on schedule.
To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to work
effectively as part of a team, demonstrate attention to detail, and
maintain a consistent, reliable work ethic. Job Requirements
Previous industrial painting experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Skilled in the use of
paint guns, spray equipment, and paint supplies. Strong attention
to detail. Self-starter with the ability to produce consistent
results. Positive “Customer First” attitude with a commitment to
teamwork. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
