Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a
Machine Operator Assistant on 1st Shift to join their team. As a
Machine Operator Assistant, you will be part of the production
department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal
candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive
attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator
Assistant 1st Shift Location: Van Wert, OH Pay Range: $18 per hour
What's the Job? Set up, operate, or tend cardboard manufacturing
machines that perform a variety of functions. Convert, saw,
corrugate, band, wrap, box, stitch, form, or seal cardboard sheets
into products. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and
efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on
machinery. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
and deadlines. What's Needed? Prior manufacturing experience
required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow
instructions and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and
quality control. Good communication skills and teamwork capability.
Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed. What's in it
