We have multiple opportunities in Fort Wayne, Indiana.We are looking for talented software engineers to help us create the world's most advanced solutions in Communications, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare for our defense-related customers.In this role, you will be an integrated team member, collaborating with Systems, Hardware, and Test engineers across various phases such as Requirements Development, Design, Development, Integration, and Testing. You will prepare design and project artifacts for complex programs, following established processes. • Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• Experience in project management, including Earned Value and scheduling
• Software development experience in C++ and LabView
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented design principles
• Experience with software and systems engineering processes and tools
• Experience with software testing, validation, and verification
• Experience working with lab test equipment such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes
• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills that lead to working softwarePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
