In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client information, processing verifications, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct verification of information provided by clients, including but not limited to employment, education, or other requested data. Communicate effectively with clients, employers, and third parties to obtain necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional assistance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in customer service, administrative, or verification-related roles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
