Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:The Bloomington Ferrero plant is in the process of building a brand-new Kinder Bueno Plant which will be the largest Kinder Bueno production line in the Ferrero Global Group. This exciting addition has created the need to add an additional Payroll Representative to the team. As a Payroll Representative you will be responsible for processing weekly hourly payroll, maintaining salaried and hourly payroll reports and records, and handling employee inquiries on payroll-related matters.This position is 100% on-site.Main Responsibilities:Process weekly payroll for time worked, overtime, and miscellaneous pay types for all hourly employeesAdministrate payroll deductions, garnishments, and direct depositsCollaborate with Leaves Team on short-term disability claims weeklyBalance payroll runs, produce necessary auditing reports while maintaining confidentialityRun weekly, monthly, and year end reports for Finance DepartmentMaintain vacation data and enter into payroll systemSet up, review, and process union dues for four unionsTrack days worked for probationary employeesReview, calculate, and process grievance paymentsCommunicate and partner with external parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll related functions; i.e., UKG, Unions, Insurance Companies, State Disbursement Unit, Law OfficesWho we are looking for:3-5 years of payroll processing experienceExcellent math, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong communication, troubleshooting/problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsProficient with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and SAP PMAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAbility to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and be deadline sensitiveWilling to work flexible schedule as needed to meet payroll deadlinesUnion CBA experience a plusExperience with a large payroll system; UKG, Kronos, and/or SAP a plusHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
