Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for
an outpatient assignment in Bloomington, IN, requiring InSync EMR
experience and a valid PT license. Details - Outpatient physical
therapy setting located in Bloomington, IN - Day shift (AM), 8-hour
shifts - 13-week contract Requirements - Active Physical Therapist
license required; compact license accepted at start, but full
Indiana state license must be obtained during the assignment - SSN
required for consideration - 1 professional reference required for
consideration - Experience with InSync EMR preferred Additional
Information - Candidates who have previously worked for this
facility as PRN or permanent staff must have been separated for at
least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler - License
