Job Description Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff DIRECT HIRE Positions Open: (2) 3P - 3A or 3A - 3P (Nights) Signing bonus available Relocation available JOB DUTIES: Types of procedures required. - Provides Care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes, Review and maintain care plans. - Performs evaluations on patients and able to adjust care appropriately. - Can provide team approach in delivery of distressed newborn, and C-section arena. - Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. - Epic computerized charting (EMR). - Scanning of medication and supply utilization. - All general equipment associated with respiratory care for treatment modalities. - Other equipment Servo ventilators, BIPAP ( v-60, Vision) Airvo MetNeb. Neo-Tee. Required Skills/Minimum years of experience: - 5 years experience preferred as a Credentialed Respiratory Care Practitioner, has acquired adult intubation skill. - Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, RRT, ACLS, NRP Shift or schedule requirements. Will not work alone, Call when needed, every other weekend, shifts are 3a-3p or 3p-3a Floating to other units/departments.
