coverage Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric Procedures
Required: General Surgery pediatric and adult Credentialing
Timeframe: 0 to 30 days Certification Required: Board Certified,
Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support License: Ohio
