Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: As soon as possible - ongoing · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Type of cases and required procedures: Management of vascular access devises/central venous catheters · Credentialing timeframe: 0-30 days, temporary privileges available · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner · Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) · Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license Facility Location Fort Wayne is a midwestern city that's chock full of cultural and entertainment options.
