Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel General job duties and types of procedures required: Patient Care Equipment utilized in the unit/department: EPIC computer charting, Pyxis medication administration Ventilators, Bipap, EV 100s Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2 years of Medical, Surgical and/or ICU experience required with at least 1 year of that being in ICU. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: Current Indiana or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS required Shift or schedule requirements: Three 3pm-3am shifts per week Floating to other units/departments: Yes, Critical Care only Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/department: 12 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:2, 1:3 Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program: 2 days training on floor after jumpstart orientation Orientation will be Mon-Fri week 1 and Mon-Tues week 2 - 8 hour days. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL 7 DAYS OF ORIENTATION. Name of Position Requirements/nCandidates should be comfortable with vent management, vasoactive gtts and psychiatric patients/nIs this candidate a 1099?/nCurrent Indiana RN license/nBLS (AHA only)/nACLS (AHA only)/nDoes candidate require time off during assignment?
