Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide 12-week
leave coverage in an elementary school setting located in Fishers,
IN. This contract position involves working four days a week,
delivering specialized OT services designed to support young
learners' developmental and educational needs. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy
assessments for elementary students. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory
processing, and self-care skills. Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into
classroom activities. Monitor student progress and adjust
interventions to maximize educational outcomes. Maintain accurate
documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards.
Desired Experience and Skills: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
