Job Description Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse – Occupational Health (Contract) Assignment Duration: 3 Months (Extension Possible) Number of Openings: 2 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Location: Logansport, IN Shift Schedules This assignment includes two different schedules . Candidates may be submitted for one or both schedules. Please clearly specify availability at the time of submission. Schedule 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday & Saturday Schedule 2: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Tuesday–Friday & Saturday Job Summary The client is seeking a Registered Nurse – Occupational Health to provide nursing care for both occupational and non-occupational health conditions. Responsibilities include emergency care and stabilization, minor first aid treatment, post-offer health assessments for new hires, accurate nursing documentation, and strict maintenance of confidentiality for all team member medical records. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions Deliver emergency care, stabilization, and minor first aid treatment Perform post-offer health assessments for new hires Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Maintain confidentiality of employee medical records Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice Occupational health nursing experience preferred Minimum 2 years preferred For more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
