work from home days per month. Individualized approach to ABA
Therapy. Direct support and mentorship from your Regional Director.
ACE CEU Provider for free internal CEUs and free CEUs through our
CASP Membership and Central Reach. Salary based on experience. Earn
and extra salaried check each month with our Dynamic Salary
Clinical Compensation Program. Up to an additional $22,000 in
salaried earnings. (dependent upon office size) Weekly pay.

per calendar year! Adapt for Life offers this benefit as either a
tuition reimbursement for current students in an approved degree or
certification program related to ABA therapy and behavioral health
services or for student loan reimbursement. Requirements: The ABA
Therapy Clinical Director is responsible for leading and overseeing
all aspects of ABA therapy programs, ensuring the highest quality
of care for clients with autism and other developmental
disabilities. This role involves clinical supervision, staff
management, program development, administrative duties, and
collaboration with families and other stakeholders.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements: 1. Master's degree or
higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
2. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and
Licensed Behavior Analyst (where required). 3. At least 3 years of
experience in providing ABA therapy as a BCBA, with progressively
increasing responsibilities. 4. Strong leadership and team
management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. 6. Proficiency in data analysis and evidence-based
treatment design. 7. Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical
guidelines, and best practices in ABA therapy. 8. Exhibit
continuous professional growth with desire to continue learning as
demonstrated by accruing on-going CEUs in supervision, ethics, OBM,
and other relevant content areas. The person in this position must
be able to perform the following essential job functions with or
without reasonable accommodation: 1. Clinical Oversight 2. Conduct
initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans for
clients when needed. 3. Provide ongoing clinical supervision,
support, and leadership to Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians,
and other staff. 4. Assist behavior analysts to ensure that therapy
programs are evidence-based, ethically sound, and align with best
practices in ABA therapy. 5. Guide problem solving among clinical
teams. 6. Staff Management and Training: 7. Assist with
recruitment, hiring, training, and managing a team of Behavior
Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and support staff. 8. Provide
effective feedback to Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and
support staff. 9. Provide ongoing professional development
opportunities for staff to enhance their clinical skills and
knowledge. 10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide
feedback to staff to ensure high-quality services. 11. Business
Innovation: 12. Collaborate with other professionals, such as
speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to
create comprehensive treatment plans. 13. Stay current in research
and developments in ABA therapy to continually improve program
effectiveness. 14. Develop and implement new treatment protocols
and techniques based on evidence-based practices. 15. Conduct
outreach activities in the community to ensure that related
providers are aware of ABA and the excellent services offered by
Adapt for Life team members. 16. Family Collaboration: 17. Maintain
open and effective communication with clients' parents/guardians,
keeping them informed about progress, goals, and strategies. 18.
Provide training and guidance to clients’ parents/guardians to
facilitate generalization of skills learned in therapy to the home
and community settings. 19. Assist behavior analysts and behavior
technicians to facilitate improved communication and interaction
with clients’ parents/guardians. 20. Assist with team problem
solving between clients’ parents/guardians and their clinical team
members. 21. Administrative Responsibilities: 22. Ensure compliance
with all company policies procedures as well as the legal and
ethical guidelines related to the application of ABA therapy
services. 23. Provide clinical oversight of behavior analysts
session notes to ensure they meet the industry standards. 24.
Manage scheduling, billing requirements, and documentation related
to therapy services. 25. Assist team members in maintaining
accurate and organized client records and documentation. 26.
Quality Assurance: 27. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of
therapy programs through data analysis and clinical observations.
28. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the
overall effectiveness of therapy services, such as treatment plan
reviews and session note reviews. 29. Collaborate with BCBAs to
maximize fulfillment of authorized treatment hours. 30. Leadership
and Collaboration: 31. Collaborate with other departments and
professionals within the organization to ensure a coordinated and
comprehensive approach to client care. 32. Participate in meetings,
trainings, and professional development opportunities to stay
current in the field. 33. Champion and foster a positive clinic
culture and carry out the company’s mission with all team members.
34. Maintain a clean and presentable clinic environment.
