registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment. Working night
shifts on a stepdown unit allows you to utilize your critical
thinking skills and clinical expertise to support patients
requiring close monitoring after intensive care. Key Qualifications
and Experience: Current RN licensure with at least 1 year of
stepdown clinical experience Required certifications: ACLS and BLS;
NIHSS preferred Proficient with Cerner electronic charting system
Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week
Ability to live at least 50 miles from the hospital location
Commitment to the facilitys attendance and call-off policies No
acceptance of first-time stepdown nurses; experienced candidates
only Location Details:This position is based near South Bend,

making it a great place to live and work. Responsibilities: Deliver
patient-centered care to stepdown unit patients with varying acuity
levels Monitor and assess patients conditions and respond promptly
to changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to
coordinate treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation using
Cerner EHR system Adhere to hospital protocols and quality
standards during night shifts Schedule: Night shift: 3 shifts per
week, each 12 hours (19000730) Every other weekend required One
holiday per 13-week contract No on-call or floating
responsibilities Additional Details: This is a contract role ideal
for traveling nurses willing to relocate or commute Guaranteed 36
hours per week with flexible attendance accommodations Travelers
allowed two call-offs per assignment, maintaining work-life balance
