Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Indianapolis, IN Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,175 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Seeking experienced Med-Surg/PCU RNs with ICU and PCU experience for a cardio-pulmonary unit focused on cardiac medical and pulmonary patients, including complex cases such as valve replacements, COPD, CHF, lung transplant, trach-to-vent care, and neurodegenerative trauma. Requirements Minimum 2 years RN experience; Med-Surg RNs with ICU/PCU experience preferred ACLS and BCLS certifications required Ability to float between Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU with provided resources Must comply with IU Health’s COVID vaccine mandate (medical/religious exemptions accepted) Indiana RN license holders not accepted after 11/30/24, except for Periop/OR and allied/ambulatory roles Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
