We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Dec 22, 2025. This is a 1-week opportunity with a flexible weekday schedule, typically one to two patient visits per week. The provider will operate independently, delivering advanced wound care in the patient's home environment. Job Details - Location: Indiana - Start Date: Dec 22, 2025 - LOA: 1 week - Provider Type Needed: Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Schedule: Flexible weekday; 1–2 home visits per week based on provider availability Responsibilities and Duties - Provide advanced wound care treatment to patients with wounds unhealed after 30 days of conservative management - Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans - Utilize amniotic membrane grafts and amniography as primary treatment modalities - Order and apply synthetic skin/skin grafts as indicated - Perform wound debridement and rewrapping during each visit - Follow care plans and operate autonomously within the patient’s home Additional Information - Indiana Nurse Practitioner license required - Wound Care board certification required - Advanced wound care experience preferred - Must be comfortable working independently in a home care setting Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
