Job Description:
DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in providing exceptional
musculoskeletal care to patients in the vibrant city of
Indianapolis, IN. Job Description: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat
patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including
fractures, joint injuries, sports injuries, and degenerative
diseases. Perform surgical procedures, including joint
replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture repairs. Manage pre- and
post-operative care, including patient education and
rehabilitation. Provide non-surgical treatment options, such as
physical therapy and pain management. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Stay up-to-date on
the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and techniques
through ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Valid medical
license in Indiana State Extensive experience in performing
orthopedic surgeries Proficiency in various orthopedic
subspecialties (e.g., sports medicine, joint replacements, trauma)
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
