Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our faith-based healthcare team. In this role,

environment. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
patients based on individualized care plans. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor patients for side-effects and responses.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatments, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient
records and document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Participate in the development of nursing
policies and procedures. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
and LPNs. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent
patient assessment skills Proficient in using electronic health
record systems Ability to work effectively in a team and
independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Medical

Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in
the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or
ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
