Job Description:
Specialty accepted: Anesthesiologist Start date or shifts: ASAP
- Ongoing Daily schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; call
3:00 PM - 7:00 AM Practice setting: Hospital (4 ORs) Types of
cases: General, OB, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy,
Gynecology, Orthopedics Number of cases: Varies; proficiency in
spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (caselog verification
needed) Ages: All ages Requirements: Board Certified, active
unrestricted Indiana license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (AHA only),
proof of spinals/blocks/epidurals caselogs, Indiana Patient
Compensation Fund COI required Additional information:
Collaborative model; 5 providers daily; 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
rotation; call response time 20 minutes; EMR: Cerner; credentialing
60-90 days (temp privileges available with clean background and
malpractice history). $3,000 completion bonus available for
providers who work 12 consecutive full weeks at one location with
ongoing needs. Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly
