We Are Hiring
You will work two 12 hour shifts in this position with a weekend
and holiday rotation. This position would work most often in a
night shift capacity, which is from 7pm to 7:30am.
What You Will Do
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established
policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare
+ Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and
communicates patient condition as appropriate.
+ Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care.
+ Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
+ Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Certified BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of
hire date or job transfer date required.
+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing
obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
