  Position Details
  Position: General Manager
  Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience, plus profit sharing
  Role Overview
  As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the wash location's functions and operations. Your main focus will be on building sales, nurturing customer relationships, and developing your team.

  Responsibilities
  
  • Manage daily operations and equipment functions.
  • Recruit, train, and coach employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all key roles including sales, labor, and detailing.
  • Oversee supplies and chemicals ordering.
  • Operate POS and other computer systems.

      Compensation & Benefits
      
      • Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually, plus profit sharing.

      • 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experience in car wash and detailing is advantageous but not required.
