Organization Overview:
Lilly's Biotechnology Discovery Research (BioTDR) has a proven
track record in discovering, optimizing, and delivering novel
biotherapeutic medicines for unmet medical needs in diabetes,
oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. We are looking for a highly
skilled Scientific Director to join our Biotherapeutic Lead
Optimization team. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in biotherapeutic design, engineering, and modalities
including mAbs, bsAbs, proteins, small molecules, oligonucleotides,
and peptide bioconjugates. This role requires a thorough
understanding of large molecule drug discovery and disease biology.

Compensation for this role ranges from $144,000 to $250,800,
depending on experience, education, and location. Employees are
eligible for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), pension, and
other perks. Lilly reserves the right to modify these programs at
its discretion.
