Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Services -
Controller to lead its corporate financial services division.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and controls for all
company financial activities
Oversee preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings,
and tax reports
Ensure compliance with corporate standards, accounting principles,
and applicable laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or business
administration
10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience
5+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance with
knowledge of statutory accounting principles
2+ years of reinsurance accounting experience
Certified Public Accountant designation
