Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business and Financial Operations
Manager, responsible for leading accounting operations and ensuring
financial data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with
internal policies and regulatory standards
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including
journal entries and financial reporting
Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing direction and
performance feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial
reporting
1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a
professional accounting environment
Experience with ERP systems and data reporting tools
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks
