Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA surgery center located in Kokomo, IN is currently seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join their team full-timeCheck out the details below:

Title: Director of Nursing - DON

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Surgery Center

Location: Kokomo, IN and Lafayette, IN

Schedule:Monday- Friday 8a-5p. Travel required once a week

Pay: Starts at 120k, increases based on experience plus full benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The DON duties to include but not limited to:

Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel
Guide staffing procedures
Set objectives and long term goals for Ambulatory Surgery Centers
Organize and coordinate day to day flow of scheduling and Procedures
Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
- Current Indiana nursing license required
- Degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus-3-5 years of previous supervisory experience
