Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our Crystal, MN service center . In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns Source parts from suppliers nationwide Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers Assemble hoses for walk-in customers Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed Qualifications & Skills: 1 year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required. Hydraulic experience preferred High school diploma, GED or equivalent required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software Attention to detail, time management, organization, & communication Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR) Come for the job.
