Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis who is ready to dive in, get dirty, and keep things running smoothly. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals with some electrical experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on trimming machines, strappers, cylinders, air fittings, and conveyor systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and electrical systems. Work with hydraulics and pneumatics. Assist with robotic troubleshooting as needed. Stay proactive with preventative maintenance and equipment checks. Essential Skills Experience with motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 480v electrical systems. Ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with machine repair and preventive maintenance. Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and industrial equipment. Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and robotics, such as Fanuc. Work Environment You will need to wear hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots while on the floor. The facility offers a supportive environment where you can work independently to get things done. Shifts include day and night rotations, with training initially on day shifts. The facility is small, ensuring a tight-knit team atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
