Job Description:
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for direct/indirect
labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks,
workstation assignments, change control, and line balancing. The
candidate will be trained to utilize lean concepts to
identify/eliminate waste and perform time/motion studies. This
position will assist and learn from the Industrial Engineering
Manager with technical services to maintain efficient levels of
lean manufacturing and manning. The Industrial Engineer will
support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillars as required.
