About the Position: We're looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician with a passion to learn and grow in an environment where attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right are key. Job Duties Include: Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests. Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal Job Requirements for all levels: A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts Eager to grow and learn, including expanding skills in the effective use of tools and equipment Experienced Techs will also need: 2 years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days! Regency-paid.)
