Technician Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $22/hr | Schedule: M-F,
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Type: Contract-to-Hire Join BGSF and bring your
maintenance expertise to a thriving apartment community! We’re
looking for a reliable professional who can handle a variety of
tasks, from grounds upkeep to unit turns and basic repairs. Job
Responsibilities: Maintain grounds and perform janitorial services
for the building Complete unit turns, including trash-outs,
painting, punch work, and cleaning Perform light plumbing,
electrical, and HVAC work Handle appliance repairs and general
maintenance tasks Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications: EPA Type II or Universal Certification required Own
tools required Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to
