Job Description Job Description Maintenance Coordinator This position is responsible for all equipment repairs performed by Keller mobile service trucks and any outside repair vendors. All Mobile Technicians will report to the Maintenance Coordinator, Dedicated Services. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all repairs an Preventative Maintenance (PMs) for equipment within the Dedicated division by utilizing Keller mobile service techs as well as partner vendors Report on outside repair downtime and utilize vendor relationships Ensure efficient utilization of mobile service techs across both Truckload and Dedicated divisions Track and schedule all DVIRs from dedicated sites Maintain all outside vendor relationships Ensure constant communication flow from vendor to driver managers Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with site managers to review PMs and repairs. Source repair vendors for new site start ups Ensure minimal downtime by following up with vendors and closely monitoring repair status. Ensure accurate data entry into maintenance software across the entire team. Ensure Legendary Customer Service is provided to drivers though all team members Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills Effective time management skills Effective communicator with strong written and oral skills Ability to work independently Ability to adapt to an ever-changing fast-paced work environment Driver Service Aligns with Keller core values - Responsive, Resourceful, Reliable Special Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience 1-2 years of truck maintenance experience preferred but not required Knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
