electric future. Job Description: This position reports to the QMS
Manager in Quality Organization. The Cell & Module Audit Supervisor
is responsible for developing the quality strategies, policies,
business processes, standards and systems for the Company. This may
include auditing to ensure compliance although this may be carried
out by a third-party accredited body. Responsible for
managing/leading people with budgetary responsibility. Develop and
sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required
industry standards (example IATF16949), accreditation requirements
and business requirements across the organization through existing
and new procedures. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of
all processes throughout the business and the final product. Manage
the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against
certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and
independently verified. Embed a culture of continuous improvement
throughout the company. Lead two teams team of hourly personnel to
achieve quality management system targets for customers and
business goals. This is not limited and may include other strategic
activities and functions to better the company overall business and
performance. Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of
Quality Management SystemEnsure generated metrics are reported
consistently throughout the organizationWork with Business Process
owners to identify trends in data related to the health of each
process, and assist Business Process owner with recommendations to
correct identified negative trendsProvides Quality leadership /
guidance on all QMS matters product compliance to the
facilityUsually, the top management representative with authority
to ensure that a QMS system is established implemented and
maintained within the facilityManages the daily activities of the
functional Quality organization ensuring adequate resources are in
place for compliance, cross training is happening to maximize the
Quality staffPlans, directs, and develops direct reports and
supports the work efforts of indirect employees including
overseeing the training of Inspectors and Quality Engineer's within
their assigned area of responsibility in the application of
inspection processes, customer requirements, provide leadership in
the balancing of compliance practices with other business
initiatives to allow all objectives of the business to be
satisfiedProvides support to functional leadership by gathering and
analyzing Quality information, programs, and initiativesDevelop,
implement, and monitor recommended actions to achieve all
organizational and customer business and quality goals utilizing
appropriate data analytic methodologies.Facilitate and collaborate
with cross-functional departments to eliminate internal systemic
waste.Manage multiple priorities and deliver internal and external
results on timeWork closely with internal and external stakeholders
to improve the performance of quality Areas of Leadership and

Equivalent10 years of managerial experience with strong foundation
in quality systems and supplier quality managementExcellent
organizational, written, and oral communication skillsExcellent
interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various level of
employees within all areas of the organization including hourly
employees to Senior LeadershipAbility to build effective cross
functional relationships internally and externallyDemonstrated
ability of managing highly skilled / technical problem-solving
teamsDemonstrated ability to manage and succeed at a strategic and
corporate levelAbility to coach / mentor / develop management level
personnel to ensure top performanceMust have a good working
knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSome travel required overseas during
start-up Preferred Job Requirements:Bachelor of Science or Master's
Degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET
accredited university or equivalent. (Bachelor's degree in
Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or
Mechatronics may also be considered with technical industry
experience)Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean
manufacturingSix Sigma Black Belt / Shainin Red X
CertificationExperience with the AIAG Advanced Quality Planning and
Control Plans, FMEA, Production Part Approval Process, MSA, and SPC
(Statistical Process Control)Experience with quality certification
and system such as ISO9001/IATF16949 is requiredExtensive knowledge
in Data Analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access or other database
applicationsGood working knowledge of Google Suite software
programsASQ Certification in Quality and
